Welcome to the Research Training Core Web Page

The Research Training Core (RTC) will develop and institutionalize a training infrastructure and curriculum that will foster, develop, equip and increase the number of health services researchers prepared to address health disparities in their research. RTC will offer health services research education and training opportunities to a broad spectrum of interested medical students, residents, graduate students, faculty members, and community members.

NIMHD Health Disparities Research Center of Excellence at Meharry

The NIMHD Health Disparities Research Center of Excellence at Meharry is a leader in minority health education and continues to expand medical education to better prepare future physicians to be effective with an increasingly diverse patient population. This institutional entity is responsible for coordinating all community outreach at Meharry Medical College.
